Die Darstellungsmittel meiner Bilder haben ganz persönliche Bedeutung für
mich, sind gleichsam Chiffren meinerselbst.
Ich lade den Betrachter ein
zu einer
Reise
in andere,nie gesehene Welten.
Zu einer Reise in die
nähere
und fernere
Vergangenheit,in Räume voller Licht und Weite,
in Orte des Unbestimmten, Unausgesprochenen
und Angedeutenden hin zu Kontemplation
und nicht primär vorhanden gewesener Harmonie.
Der Hauch eines Ausschnitts aus der sichtbaren Welt
soll das Dahinterliegende, Hintergründige
für den,
der sich in das Werk einzufühlen vermag, erkennbar machen.
Das Angedeutete, Ausgesparte ist wichtiger als das konkret Dargestellte.
Ich möchte den Kunstfreund dazu animieren,
den Blick nach innen zu richten und die Bilder,
die für mich Synthese aus eigenem Empfinden und Weltschau sind,
in einer Art Meditation für sich ganz persönlich zu vollenden.

The method of representation in my pictures has quite a personal meaning for me: they are as it were a symbol of myself.
I invite the observers to a journey through a different world never seen before. A journey into the recent and more distant past, to spaces full of light and width, to places of the undefined, the unspoken, of faint suggestions which leas to contemplation and harmony that has not been there in the first place.
The faint trace of the visible world shall reveal what is behind it, shall reveal the background for those who can empathise with my work.
What has been faintly suggested and carved out is more important than what has actually been presented.
I would like to stimulate the art lover to turn his view to the inside and complete the pictures by himself in a kind of meditation; pictures which, for me, represent a synthesis of my own emotion and philosophy of life.

Les moyens qui m' aident à crèer mes toiles signifient quelque chose de très personnel pour moi, ils sont, pour ainsi dire, des chiffres représentant moi-mème
J'invite le spectateur à faire un voyage vers d'autres mondes jamais vus auparavant, un voyage dans un passé proche ou lointain,
dans des espaces
pleins de lumière et d'une
étendue inconnue, vers des lieux de l'indéfini, de l'indécis et de l'allusion, vers la contemplation et l'harmonie n'existant pas au premier abord. La trace d'un fragment du monde visible révélera, à celui qui est apte à se mettre au diapason de l'ocuvre, les choses qui résident à l'arrière-plan, donc au fond. L'allusion, l'incomplet est plus important que la description concrète.
Je voudrais entraìner celui qui aime l'art à promener ses regards au-dedans de lui-mème et à achever, tout individuellement, dans une espèce de méditation, les images qui sont,
pour moi, la synthèse de mes sentiments personnels et
de ma manière
de voir le monde. |
